Choosing the right weight

Most literature shows a therapeutic benefit with the use of a weighted blanket between 7-12% of your body weight, and the most commonly used equation is 10% of body weight. 

Use the chart below to select a blanket that will be appropriate for you based off of the closest weight to your body weight.

If you are in between two sizes, it is a matter of preference to go either up or down to the nearest blanket weight.
