Canada Returns:

Once you receive your order, you have 14 nights to try it out.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, ship it back to us and we'll refund you 100% of your purchase price.

The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

US and International Returns:

Once you receive your order, you have 14 nights to try it out.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, ship it back to us and we'll refund your purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.

The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

US and International Duties:

Duties are not prepaid on shipments. The customer is solely responsible for any applicable duties charged by your local authorities upon receipt. Gravid will not reimburse any amount on receiving fees charged in relation to customs or duties. 

If an item is returned to Gravid due to unpaid duties, a refund will be issued, minus the initial cost of shipping.

Condition of Refund:

All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging.

If items are returned without original packaging, a refund of 50% will be issued. 

If items are returned in poor condition, a refund of 50% will be issued. 

The determination of condition shall be determined solely by the vendor.

Free Gifts:

If any free or promotional gift item is not returned with the order, its full retail price will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations and Order Changes:

Once an order is placed, we cannot offer any cancellations. This includes both in-stock and pre-order items. Please review all your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Address changes or corrections may be possible, but are not guaranteed. These are executed on a best-efforts basis.
