Gravid Limited Warranty

Your new Gravid Weighted Blanket is covered by a Limited Warranty. Within 14 days of receipt, if your weighted blanket has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement.

Delivery of the replacement will be completed by Gravid at no cost to the customer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Gravid may:

Ask you to safely destroy and dispose of the weighted blanket OR we will provide a pre-paid label to return the weighted blanket back to us for closer inspection.

The warranty approval process is up to Gravid’s sole discretion. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product.


WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance; (c) stains; (d) alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; or (e) damage resulting from transit or handling.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
This warranty covers the original purchaser of any Gravid Weighted Blanket located in Canada or the United States. International warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the ecommerce purchase. Please retain a copy of the receipt which was sent to the email address on record.


HOW TO GET SERVICE
E-mail hello@gravid.ca to submit your warranty claim. Include your order number and detailed photos of the damage so that we can expedite the replacement of your weighted blanket.
