We ordered the XL printed blue/white/grey area rug. We are obsessed!! We have 8 month old twins and a 4 year old. We spend every minute on this mat. When we have friends and family over, everyone sits on the mat (sorry couches). It is so comfy. It’s literally a cloud. We have 2 dogs and they too love sleeping/laying on it. I think it’s worth every penny. So much so that we just ordered a second one for Christmas for my parents ! I recommend this mat to everyone I know !

We have received compliments from everyone that's been in our house since it arrived. People like the color, and the softness for playing and exercising on, as well as just putting their feet on while sitting. Delivery was by Canada post and it arrived before target date.

Delivery was before expected date. Color is perfect for my furniture. It's softer than I expected. I'm waiting for the wrinkles to go out since I just unpacked it. It's exactly what I wanted for my grandchildren to play on and for me to exercise on while we're in the livingroom.

The carpet/mat is excellent. My 10 and 7 year olds love it along with our pups. It’s a nice hang out and we have done many stretch / yoga sessions on it. Highly recommend.

The rug itself is okay. Does not clean easily. I literally only use mine for tummy time for baby. It was also not disclosed clearly, if at all that the price does not include duties to come into US, so in addition to the “sale,” I received a $40 bill from fedex. So that’s lovely. Should’ve went with muscle mat in US.

Three things I don't like about this rug: 1. It has been four days now, and the rug is still creased and won't lay flat. 2. It is definitely NOT dark grey; it is a medium blue-grey and doesn't match the decor and color of our house like we expected. 3. It is thinner than it looks in the photos. Other than that...

It arrived! We only needed to give it a quick vacuum, and left it out in our toddler's room. And lo and behold, it did take a couple days to puff up. We loved it!

You guys really are indecent. I buy two products that are back ordered and I pay $240. Free shipping. Okay great. The rugs come in and are fantastic but then I get smacked with a bill for $96.12 for “duty taxes” months after I buy these rugs. Are you kidding me? I received an automated text about two days before I receive the bill saying that the seller indicates that the buyer is responsible for the duty fees. What?? You are going to tell FedEx that I am paying a price that is nearly half the cost I spent on the two rugs and not even disclose that to me beforehand or at all during the months it took of back order? Absolutely not. I returned the bill and indicated that the SELLER is paying that tax. Had you made me aware of this almost $100 extra cost before I decided to make a purchase then I would feel differently about that fee and I’d pay it. You guys did NOT inform me about this outrageous duty tax and then I receive a bill. Unacceptable. Your company is a scam on Americans.

Shipping is HORRIBLE. Super delayed. Took two months to just ship the package. Customer service was even worse. Couldn’t give me a reason to the delay, couldn’t tell me where it was, refused to give me a refund and cancel the order due to their shipping issues. Would NEVER order from this company again. Total scam. Said I could send the package back for a 20% refund….absolutely not. I want a full refund. Not going to pay over $200 for a rug that I no longer want and was delayed beyond a reasonable time frame and then only get 20% back! Absolutely asinine. Do not order from this company.

If you are going back and forth on buying this. BUY IT. We absolutely love it, our baby is 6 months and never wanted to roll. Now after only having it for a couple days, she is rolling nonstop. Highly recommend!

Great mat

I love the mat! Super comfy for my son to play and fall on. It also cleans spills nicely. The only problem is that I’ve had it laid out for 2 weeks and the seams have not straightened out.

I really love these rugs to protect my baby from falling. This is my second one and my only issue is that this one seems to lift off of the ground at the edges when someone steps on the rug. This didn't happen with the first one so I'm not sure if it's just a flaw of this rug specifically or something with the newer models. The first one is 5 stars couldn't recommend more but this one is a bit of a tripping hazard for some reason.

We absolutely love it- we have 2 under 2 and our daughter is very active and loves to tumble at all times. We have even had a few spills and it was very easy to clean and make it look brand new. Definitely worth the purchase - I do wish there were several more sizes that were larger in width like a 8-9. But overall very happy with this investment

Bought this mat to put in the baby’s playpen. It’s so soft and thick, baby loves it and it’s great for the winter months.

It’s beautiful and soft. I love how plush it is, making it nice and comfortable for my baby as well.

Great rug for kids

I received the product two months after my original order, and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel when their shipment was delayed. Product is much thinner than expected, overall wish I never purchased. They have a 20% restock my fee and don’t help with shipping on returns, so it doesn’t even make sense to return their bad product. I was responsible for paying $55 in duties- this is hidden in their FAQs, not at checkout.

Shipping was incredibly fast once the product was in stock! Absolutely love the cloudmat! It looks like a carpet and is very cushy and soft. Great for playing with my little ones on! Very impressed with the product and highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I order my rug over a month ago. Heard nothing, emailed them and said it was going out next week. Three weeks later it was “shipped” but two weeks after that-nothing. It’s delayed in Canada. Emailed customer service and zero reply. DO NOT BUY. SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered mine on october 1st. It was a preorder item so keep in mind it takes upto a month. It was slighlty delayed so we got ours on November 11th. It was worth the wait. The colors appear different due to lighting difference but I like the vintage one I got. It is vacuum friendly. Love the cushioning. My husband keeps on falling asleep on it when tired. My 1 year old loves rolling around on it. Had the biggest disaster today (poopie pamper leak) but I cleaned it with baby and Colorox wipes immediately and it is clean. The color didn’t get affected and there is no smell so I know it is clean. So if you are ordering keep in mind that it will take time to come but it is worth it. I am glad we got before the winters.

Love this mat it has really helped out small condo feel much bigger as it's opened up the floor as a seating option and I can see out new born daughter enjoying this mat as she eventually learn how to crawl. We have even taken a few naps already on the this mat.

The mat itself is nice. However after I got it, I received an additional bill in the mail for almost $50 for a customs clearance fee from the delivery company. I do not feel like this is something that I should have to pay for or it should be clearly explained in the price of the rug.

Exactly what I wanted for my baby to crawl on. It’s soft and cushiony and I won’t mind sitting on the floor to play :) I’m glad I got the bigger size. More room to play. Would recommend this product

I recently bought the small play mat for my boys upstairs play area! It is soft and comfortable and then love laying and playing on it. Unfortunately the 5x7 was too big for the space so I ended up buying the 3x5 but it doesn’t cover the space. I’m going to buy a second small play mat to fill the space and just put them side by side. Hopefully that works!

I was sceptical at first because the ad popped up on my Facebook feed…. I run a day home and have had nothing but bad luck with rugs in our okay area, so I thought why not. I’m so happy I did it! I want to buy more for the house now . All my kids and the dogs approve . The rug also hasn’t budged which is a huge win.

So good for my 6 month old to roll on and my 3 year old to play on! My dogs love it too. It also makes it more pleasant for me to sit on the floor and play with the kids. Love it so much.

This cloudmat is so comfortable and soft for my littles one to play on. My son loves playing Lego on it and soft enough for my baby to play on it and cushion his head if he takes a tumble. Perfect addition to our downstairs play area!

It’s good. Good for babies. The weight of an adult goes through the cushion. We got the grey geometric, it’s very light, closer to white. It was stained after 3 days of regular foot traffic, no shoes. Would’ve gotten a green or brown darker pattern if they had. Overall happy, it was purchased to play with baby and cushion baby falls. Nice to lay and roll around with. Dog was very pleased with what he deemed his new giant bed/ wrestlemania mat.

This play mat is the best thing I've ever bought for my seven month old baby!! He has hated floor time his entire life, but since having this mat we literally spend all day on the floor, he loves it!! Within a week of having it he's learnt to sit up on his own because I haven't been so worried about him falling, he's gotten so much practice. He topples over and is completely unaffected and unphased. We got the XL size to fit our entire living room so that when he learns to walk he has alot of space to use safely. Huge bonus that it's aesthetic, as I am someone who loves to decorate and am not a fan of a bunch of kid coloured things all over the place we don't have a play room yet so it's nice to have a beautiful rug out in the open instead of a kiddy one. Shipping was VERY fast. The rug comes a little wrinkled but in afew days they smooth out, if they didn't I was just going to use a steamer on them but I haven't needed to. The mat looks and feels exactly as pictured. It is very soft and definitely thick enough to provide safe cushioning for my baby. Also makes playing on the floor with him much more comfortable for us adults. It was also quite a bit cheaper than if I were to buy a regular rug at this size. Honestly a win in every area!!! My only concern is if over the months/years it will flatten out a bit. Only time will tell, but I'd say it's worth it even if it doesn't last forever.

Great for a new family with an infant, spending lots of time on the floor. Comfortable for adult knees and gentle on baby's heads. Also have a large breed dog and their nails do not ruin the rug! Easy to vacuum and clean! One of the best purchases I've made as a new parent!

The carpet is great! It’s very plush and the kids can safely play on it. The costumer service was less amazing. When I first ordered, I realized I had chosen the wrong size. The CS quickly changed the size of the carpet that was shipped out (amazing!). The price of the original size was still charged to my card. I’ve reached out a few times and have yet to hear back! A bit disappointing as they are quite expensive.

The softest rug ever perfect for my baby's play area!

I bought this padded rug for my daughter who is almost one, I wasn’t sold on it after the first day of putting it out simply because she was crawling all over the place and didn’t seem to care too much about the mat, plus it didn’t really match the aesthetic of our living room. However after it had some time to rest and regain its shape my daughter crawled over and laid down on the rug and was playing with her toys which she never does, I’m so glad we got this rug, she loves it and I’m happy she has a safe space to learn to walk and stand!

The carpet came fairly quickly once ordered. It came in a square box so it was easy to pick up and bring into the house (compared to a long box if the carpet was rolled). It was slightly air wrapped in a plastic compression bag but the carpet came out well and with no factory smell (which I was worried about for my kid!) It was much longer than I expected but thats on me because I didn't measure properly haha All in all, a great purchase! My family loves it and we love playing on the carpet. My son has fallen over on the carpet and no longer cries because of that thick padding. It also looks great with our space. Thankfully no spills yet but not looking forward to cleaning it because it's only a spot clean. Only recommendation is to get different carpet designs!
