I've had insomnia for many years where I either can’t fall asleep, or wake up or cannot get back to sleep. After using the weighted blanket for a week my sleep has improved dramatically! Now when I do awake after a short nap it's much easier than before. The fabric is buttery soft and heavy with a luxurious feel. I don't get hot or cold, even in the summer! The beads seem sturdy enough for any wear-and are held together by small stitched squares so they won’t fall out when you bend it—this makes me think this would be very well made considering how much care went into making sure every detail was considered...

I've had the most restful sleep in a long time thanks to this weighted blanket. I used to have trouble falling asleep, but now it's like my body knows what time bedtime is and shuts down completely before turning off all distractions around me - lights out for good! I have had a difficult time finding the perfect weighted blanket. I tried another brand that was uncomfortable and too hot, so now my search is over! This one fits just right - it's wide enough to be comfortable because it covers just enough of me without feeling too hot or heavy on either end! My husband likes to sleep with his arm overtop, so being able-to roll sideways keeps him from stealing away any blankets at night time--and that suits perfectly fine by me.

WOW! I don't know what took me so long to try this weighted blanket, but it's amazing. My wife loved the first day and she was right about how good we would feel after using it for just a few hours at night - which has become most nights now since getting used straight away instead of waiting 3 days as usual ( superstar!!!). normally when trying different things like these new bedding products or clothing styles etc., there are some mornings where you'll awake feeling refreshed...but not always because our bodies take time adjusting; however, after the first week you should be all set! I had a really great experience with this product. It's so soft and cozy, which has helped my dad tremendously! I think we'll be ordering him another one of those heavier weights soon enough - they're perfect if you want something more therapeutic than just warmth from an ordinary blanket or tee shirt for sleepovers on chilly nights

When my wife was having trouble sleeping, I got the weighted blanket. It has been an absolute life-saver for her! She loves how comfortable it makes bedtime feel and doesn't want to go back without one at all costs now that she's tried them out too ;) The grey color is perfect. We were so excited to find this weighted blanket for my wife who has anxiety. The first time I used my weighted blanket, it seemed so heavy when put on the bed. My husband doesn't have any issues and tends to sleep warm so he likes this type of thing - especially since we both tend not too many nights in at home these days! I've been a skeptic of weighted blankets for the past few years, but after using this one I was converted. It does get hot enough to be furnishing-like warmth without feeling too much like weight on your body--and it's just right! The anxiety and insomnia were almost completely gone within two days of sleeping with my new friend; every night before bedtime felt more relaxing than last time. I've never slept better than I do now, and it's all thanks to this weighted blanket. The weight of the material helps keep me grounded while also providing that cozy feeling you want at night time - not too light or heavy where its uncomfortable but just enough so your body knows its there! It fits perfectly on our queen size bed which was very important since we're talking about something larger than most typical throws/comforters out there today (I recommend getting an extra large if possible).

The weighted blanket has been a lifesaver for my RLS. I don't need to take any pain relievers anymore and it's made all the difference in how well I sleep, not tossing around bed or waking up with sore shoulders from turning over so much! The only thing is that if you're feeling too warm then just push down on top part of cover which takes off some pressure but otherwise seems fine - no sweating yet either (although we'll see what happens when summer rolls around). The weighted blanket is an excellent sleep aid. Even though it’s not a thick, heavy fabric - the Right temperature and well-made make up for its lack in terms of warmth by being both comforting as well as helping you relax into bed at night fully unwinded without feeling like your head will fall off from exhaustion before morning comes!

We love our 20 lb weighted blanket! It's the perfect way to stay warm when it gets cold outside. You could flip this over in summer for a lighter side, but we found that tossing less during winter months because of its calming effect on us. They make for the perfect gift, especially in cold weather. You could probably flip this over during summer months too though if you wanted something lighter - but we noticed that it helps with tossing and turning so definitely give them another try!! The weighted blanket was smaller than I expected but that's my fault for not checking the size. And it easily big enough to accommodate two people who are using it at once- so far, anyway! These are the best blankets I've ever owned! My kids love them and they sleep so well under their sheets. The material is really soft, but not too thin or delicate - perfect for winter nights when you need something that will keep your warm without weighting down on top of all those other blankets' warmth already doing its job just fine by itself. They slept so well under their new blankets, we had to test one of the cloths by spilling food on it-and as good as new afterwards thanks a lot washing machine which coped brilliantly with all that weight...I am not an expert when comes down weighted blankets but did some research before purchasing this one just because its price tag made sense. My favorite thing about weighted blankets are how quickly they make you feel relaxed and ready for bed. I don’t sleep much at night. I have an Oura Ring that tracks my sleep pattern resting heart rate deep sleep REM all those fancy things. Before my blanket I was scraping by with 5 1/2 hours. My husband has always wanted a weighted blanket for our bed, however we treated ourselves during the pandemic and upgraded to a king-size, and I learned after much shopping around that only two places supply king-size weighted blankets to Canada. Amazon and Gravid. Wanted to support canadian products, we went with gravid. And we are very pleased that we did. The product is extremely well-made. Having never used a weighted blanket before, we are pleased to find the weight is evenly distributed, and not lumpy (as we feared). 35 lbs is an INCREDIBLY heavy blanket (You wouldn't think so, but it took us both to get the thing on our bed). We also bought both covers because we intended it as a replacement for a duvet--we're using the warming cover right now and after a week are so so satisfied! It is warm, and comforting, and soft. Would absolutely recommend this product.

Wish it covered the bed a little better. Other than that, seems great quality. I would have went with a king sized for my queen sized bed had I known(or paid attention to the measurements).

Does not work for us. I have post herpetic neuralgia caused by shingles on my shoulder blade. The weight increases pain. My wife has trouble with her knees making turning over difficult. It was only after delivery and set up did I see the disclaimer about not for the elderly. It has been removed after giving it a reasonable try of 2 weeks.

This blanket is beautifully made and well thought out. I love how easy it is to attach the luxurious covers. I use it every night and like it. Unfortunately, I still have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep so it doesn't help me in that way.

I love my blanket. I think it has helped with my sleep (I definitely don’t toss and turn as much or get up in the middle of the night). I just wish the blanket was 2” larger on the sides. It just barely fits across my king size bed. Because of the weight it tends to pull down off the foot of the bed during the night. I think if it was just a little wider it would stay put.

This is our first time using a weighted blanket and we have been sleeping with it for about a month now. I am amazed at how well we sleep now, I was pretty skeptical at first but now I don't think I would want to sleep without it.
The blanket and covers seem like they are very good quality and we love the zipper system. Our down duvet oven shifts inside its cover but our weighted blanket does not thanks to the zippers.
Now for the cons: It took forever for our blanket to ship (about 5 weeks) and then it took canada post about two weeks to deliver which is very slow for them. While we both love the blanket, neither of us like the masks, if you also consider the price ($99 for a sleep mask), I wish I could return the one we bought. I find the weight makes it uncomfortable to wear and also unless you are sleeping on your back, the weight makes the mask tend to slide off your face to the side. Worst sleep mask ever!

One day after giving a 1 star rating based on Canada Post taking 25 days for my "Expedited Delivery", my blanket finally arrived (on a Sunday no less). I have to say I am really impressed with the quality of this weighted blanket: the unique zipper system, the stitching and the small pocket size for the weighted beads undoubtedly makes Gravid the "Cadillac" of weighted blankets. While I only tried it out briefly after assembling it, I was amazed by the even weight distribution and can't wait for my first sleep test tonight.

I am completely blown away by how nice my blanket is! So far I've only used it with the summer cover, but I got the night owl bundle so I am looking forward to trying the fuzzy cover when it gets a bit cooler. It looks like they really paid attention to detail the craftsmanship is phenomenal. I love how the zipper works (I think this is a very underrated feature!). The best part is I've been sleeping noticeably better since I received my Gravid blanket 2 weeks ago

C’est ma 2e couverture lestée. La 1ère a été acheté chez un concurrent mais je voulais avoir plus grand et j’en ai commandé une chez Gravid car elle me revenait moins chère. Elles sont de qualité égale mais le seul bémol, d’où mon 4 étoiles, est que la fermeture de la housse est agaçante pour dormir. Le pli sans fermeture arrive sur le côté ce que je n’avais pas avec l’autre. Vous devriez régler ce problème... c’est avec la housse légère mais je n’ai pas vérifié avec l’autre housse plus chaude.

Okay, very little of that. What I can tell you is that after seeing an advert on social media, I looked up Gravid and watched a YouTube unboxing video. It was exactly what I was searching for in a weighted blanket. Gravid not only has an excellent weighted blanket, they also provide additional supplies to maximize your relaxation and comfort for an even better night's sleep. For best results, I recommend the REM Aromatherapy pillow and weighted face mask. I tend to sleep hot, and I haven't overheated once using the 9kg Gravid 3.0 and a simple desk fan.
